Purpose of Position

Manage a portfolio of property claims to conclusion, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and meeting key performance indicators. Providing claims management support to a Loss Adjuster or small team of Loss Adjusters as agreed. This position may be required to work alongside other Colleagues in the business to contribute to the efficient running of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in management of General Insurance Claims
  • Insurance Contracts Act/FSRA legislation awareness
  • Stable work history with a passion to learn and develop
  • Strong written and Verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and High Typing speed, with proven attention to detail
  • Team Player, who can work under supervision and has a Client service focus
  • Computer literate, with a high-level literacy and adequate numeracy skills
  • Certificate IV in Loss Adjusting or General Insurance related desirable
